• ✓Client files — including student records and essays — live in our EU-region Microsoft 365 environment, not scattered across tools.
• ✓We contract with parents; minors' data is processed with parental involvement and consent, and sensitive information (like learning differences) only with explicit consent.
• ✓We never put identifiable client information into AI tools without your separate written consent.
• ✓The website itself is lean: cookieless analytics (no cookie banner needed), Cal.com for booking, Resend for the contact form, Stripe for payments — each covered in the full policy, including US-transfer safeguards.
• ✓You have the full set of GDPR rights (access, correction, deletion, objection); the supervisory authority for us is the Bavarian data-protection office (BayLDA).
